  • DPI 1000

    The DPI 1000 Drill rig is specifically designed to operate in explosive underground environments in directional in-seam drilling applications.


    When combined with DPI’s DDMS (Directional Drilling Management System), the system has the ability to track, guide and complete the most challenging requirements.


    The DPI 1000 is ATEX certified and 100+ units are used around the world, including Australia, China, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, US, Mexico and South Africa.


    The drill has a compact footprint mounted on tracks, a 1-piece integrated drilling unit and power pack.  It is also available in optional modular format.


    The DPI 1000 is designed to drill in-seam in excess of 1500m (CHD series RCS rods).

  • DPI 1000R

    The DPI1000R rotary drill rig is specifically designed for complex rotary drilling programs in explosive underground environments.


    The rig is exceptionally flexible in setup with horizontal pinning in position, drilling heights of 930 - 2,450 mm and a feed-frame tilt angle of +/-20 degrees.


    The low profile and flexible drilling heights is achieved by utilizing a remote power pack spaced up to 15m from the DPI1000R drill.

  • DPI 2000

    The DPI 2000 drill rig is specifically designed to drill especially long directional drilling programs in explosive underground environments.


    When combined with DPI’s DDMS (Directional Drilling Management System), the system has the ability to track, guide and complete the most challenging requirements.


    The DPI 2000 is MSHA certified and currently operating in the United States regularly drilling horizontal direction holes in excess of 7000ft.


    The drill has a compact footprint mounted on tracks, a 1-piece integrated drilling unit combined with a feed frame that tilts +/- 10 deg and features 556kN push / pull.  The system is completed by a rotation unit with a torque capability of 7457Nm.
